HORIZONTAL FLOW WRAPPERS

eatSafe Flow Wrappers offer the flexibility of working with shrinkable or non-shrinkable films. We use servo-driven technology that ensures precise control over the packaging process, resulting in accurate and consistent sealing, cutting, and product handling.

Our flow wrappers come in two different sizes, a large and a small footprint entry level wrapper with a range of features to meet your requirements, including the option to run shrink and non-shrink films.

  • Our machines incorporate a specially designed former that ensures a reliable H-type sealing line.

  • Our film-saving designs not only aligns with environmental concerns but also contributes to cost savings while maintaining stable packaging performance.

  • The film former is meticulously designed to fit the product with the pushing tab of the conveyor, resulting in tightly wrapped packages that look visually appealing and help save costs.

  • Optional accessories, such as Thermo-transferring Printer, Press Sensitive Labeler, Card Feeder, as well as Auto Products Feeding or Discharging systems, can be easily integrated to create a complete packaging line.

  • Compatible with both shrinkable POF and non-shrinkable films like BOPP, CPP, or laminated films.
